Turkey steak with asparagus

Turkey steak
  • asparagus 200 g
  • courgette 100 g
  • turkey meat 100 g
  • olive oil
  • champignons 50 g


  • Turkey sprinkle with herbs and leave to marinate for about an hour in the cold.
  • Then fry it in olive or coconut oil
  • Cook asparagus in a steam cooker.
  • Cook chopped mushrooms and zucchini.
  • Add a little water and simmer.
  • Mix the sauce and season with pepper and salt.
