Protein omelette

Protein omelette with cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g  shredded eidam cheese
  • salt


  • Whisk eggs, add shredded cheese and salt.
  • Put butter on the pan. Place the egg mixture and leave it for a few minutes.
  • When the omelette has the good consistency, take it out and serve it.
