- Spice the fish. Heat a drop of olive oil in a pan and roast the fish.
- Pumpkin puree: Garlic cut into slices and leave on low heat in olive oil. Add the chopped pumpkin and fry briefly. Season with salt, add the vegetable broth and leave to boil until soft. Then we mix everything.
